Shipping Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
Please note: tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.
Duties and Taxes
If duties and taxes are included in the final price at check out, your order will be shipped Incoterms 2020 - DDP (delivered duty paid). Upon delivery, you will not be required to pay any additional fees.
If duties, taxes and fees are not included in the final price at check out, your order will be shipped Incoterms 2020 - DPU (delivered at place unloaded). As such, your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. For further information, please consult your local customs office.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
- NAV-C reserves the right, occasionally, to run free shipping promotions for a limited time on the NAV-C website.
- NAV-C has the right to change, extend or end promotions at any time.
- Free shipping is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the email sent to the claimant by NAV-C and/or banner on the NAVC website with at least 48 hours notice prior to expiry.
- Additional restrictions may apply.
- Orders must be made before 11:00 a.m. Beijing Time to qualify for next day shipping.
- Delivery will be proceed within 3 working days from the date of purchase. Delivery duration will be subjected to buyer’s location and may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances or held by local Customs.
Returns & Refund Policy
NAV-C believes that you are satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you wish to return your product, we are willing to offer a 7-day money-back satisfaction guarantee to all customer who registered in navcitizen.com.
If the customer is not satisfied with the goods, as long as the goods are purchased directly from navcitizen.com website, you may return the unopened goods together with the original delivery note to navcitizen.com within seven (7) working days upon successful delivery. We shall refund the net amount of invoice to you. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned goods.
Returns & Refund Procedure
1. Customer is required to provide the Order Reference number and reasons of goods return, send the photo of return merchandise at cs@navcitizen.com. Customer may view your order in My Order Record after login to your NAV-C Account.
2. Merchandise must be returned together with the Delivery Note to our Operation Department 7 days from the email confirmation issued to the customer by CS Department. Operation Department address: 1749 E 231st St Unit 5A Bronx, NY 10466, United States. Attention: Randy Morales +1-360-721-9698. Customer is responsible for the shipping fee of goods return.
3. Once the returned merchandise is confirmed to be received by our Operation Department, the invoice will be refunded through the original payment method within 7 days from the date of merchandise returned. The need time for the Refund may be varied due to the payment method.
4. Refund may be rejected or delayed in case of returned merchandise opened or broken.
5. Customer may view the Refund status in My Order Record after login to your NAV-C Account. A Refund email will be sent to the customer upon refund successfully processed.
